The QV Face Promotion is running in all Chemist Warehouse and My Chemist stores nationally (please see below for qualifying products).
WHAT IS ON OFFER?
QV Face is giving you the chance to try the QV Face range, risk free! If you don’t feel a significant improvement in your skin’s hydration, we’ll give you a full refund on the product purchase price.
HOW CAN I MAKE A CLAIM?
- Purchase any QV Face product (excluding the QV Face Lip Balm) from Chemist Warehouse or My Chemist (either in-store or online) within the purchase period.
- Use the QV Face product for a minimum of 24 hours.
- If you’re not satisfied with the result, visit qvfacemoneyback.com.au
- Enter purchase details and complete claim form as prompted, answer consumer questions, upload a copy of your receipt and submit your claim within the claim period.
WHO CAN MAKE A CLAIM?
Claims are open to Australian residents only. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to submit a claim and further, the parent/guardian of the claimant must read and consent to promotion Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
WHAT INFORMATION WILL I NEED TO COMPLETE MY CLAIM?
You will need your first & last name, age range, mobile number, email address and postal address. Most importantly though you need to upload an image/photo of your receipt.
You’ll also need to make sure you hold onto your original receipt as proof of purchase too – so we ask you to please not throw it away after you’ve uploaded a picture of it!
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I MAKE A CLAIM?
One claim is permitted per household, and only one product per claim. (Regardless of the number of QV Face products purchased in that transaction).
HOW WILL I BE REIMBURSED?
If your claim is valid, you can select one of two options for reimbursement: EFT transfer to your chosen bank account, or a Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard®. You’ll receive a refund for the price paid (up to $24.95 per product).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REIMBURSEMENT?
All claims will be validated within two business days, then depending on your chosen payment method, you will receive your refund between 1-5 business days following verification.
Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercards will be issued via SMS to the number provided at the time of claiming upon verification. Allow 5 business days from verification for EFT refunds.
